Total Recycled Mulch
Total Recycled Mulch can be laid over
the soil to reduce water loss, prevent erosion and inhibit the
germination of weed seed.
It also improves the quality and
fertility of the soil, helping you save on fertilizers as well. The
blanket of mulch protects the soil from the drying effects of sun and
wind and also keeps the soil cooler. Moisture stays in the soil longer
so you'll need to water less often. Total Mulch also remains warmer in
winter, stabilizes soil temperature, and eliminates extremes of heat
and cold so plants keep growing longer.
Total Animal bedding
Total
recycling recycles our sanitized waste into a pure grade of animal
bedding, this is a densified bedding designed for traction. Animals
will not slip or slide like pelletize bedding! Total bedding absorbs
urine quicker, pulling it into the cellulose cells and keeps horse's
stall dryer. It's low bulk density means that the user can reduce and
setup cost and results in better conservation of natural resources.
Total Recycling Composite Lumber Substitute.
Wood-plastic
composites may be one of the most dynamic sectors of today's
plastic industry. Although the technology is not new
this use waste materials offers a tremendous cost advantage at
no sacrifice of quality.
Our plastic cellulosic composite material
is produced from the plastic, news print and wood which have
been separated from the general waste stream.

Additives such as colorants, coupling agents, stabilizers,
blowing agents, reinforcing agents, foaming agents,
lubricants help tailor the end product to the target area of
application |
Through our proper selection and
formulation we are able to maintain a quality that is equivalent
to any "plastic lumber" product now on the market.
The US demand for wood-plastic composite and plastic lumber
will expand 11.8 percent annually through 2008. Plastic lumber
will benefit from more use in decking and fencing while
composites penetrate windows, doors and siding.
With up to 70 percent cellulose
content, our composites behave like wood using conventional
woodworking tools. At the same time, they are extremely
moisture-resistant. There is little or no water present, thus
increasing resistance to rot.
See the chart below
for an outline of the growth of this dynamic sector of the market.
