Recyclable Materials Recovery
•The recyclable materials that have been recovered (such as paper, cardboard,
plastics and metals) are then stored for being reprocessed. When sufficient
stocks have been collected, the recyclable materials are then processed into
high grade material and then either transferred to other plants off island for
creation into new products, or potentially created into new products on the
island, dependent upon the material and supply chain.
•This valuable residue, now enters the second line within the plant -the
processing into fibrous waste.
